Day 1. Nairobi/Aberdares.
Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport ,Meet and
greet, Depart in the Morning and drive to the forested
highlands of he Aberdares. After lunch at he base hotel,
transfer to your Tree Hotel for game watching at the flood-lit
water hole. Dinner and overnight at treetops lodge.

Early morning and afternoon game viewing drive at Samburu in
search of the rarely found species of wild game like the rare

vulturine guinea fowl and also braving lions on the grass,
leopards in the trees and plenty of other plains game. In
between meals there is optional visit to the Samburu villages

Day 4. Lake Nakuru National Park.
Early Morning Breakfast at lodge in Samburu and at you depart
southwards via Thomson falls for a brief stop before you
proceed arriving Lake Nakuru in time for lunch at lake Nakuru
lodge/Sarova Lion hill, Lake Nakuru is an armchair in the Rift
Valley Lakes. Afternoon game viewing at the Pink lake referred
so for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other
birdlife-it's a bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly
number of animals, it is a Rhino sanctuary and the "big five"
except the Elephant can be seen here, look for warthogs and
water bucks as you leave for dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion hill Lodge.

Day 10. Serengeti
After breakfast, leave Lake Manyara for Serengeti via Olduvai
Gorge, with Game drive and Picnic Lunch enroute. The park
covers 12,944km2 of open plains making it one of the largest
in the world. The rocky outcrops commonly known as ‘kopjes’ in
the eastern part of the park are of scenic beauty and
occasionally cats can be seen lazing on them. The park
contains vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other
antelopes. Dinner and overnight at the Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Day 11. Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast take a packed lunch with you and continue with
game viewing on Serengeti Park. The migration can be seen on a
long chain approximately 40 Km heading to the south western
direction. Around 1230 and 1300 break for your lunch. After
lunch have a rest for one hr, then proceed with your game
viewing following the move of the migrants on the southwest of
the park. Aprox 1.3 million wildebeest, 250,000 gazelles and
200,000 Zebras have been recorded sharing the short grass/
water which is the source of food for the millions of Animals

Day 12. Ngorongoro.
Morning Game drives in the vast Serengeti plain. Breakfast at
around 0900am.The term Serengeti means endless plains in
Maasai language. In the central plains there are carnivores
like leopard, lion, hyena and cheetah. This park is normally
the scene of the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra that
occurs between the Kenyan Mara and the Serengeti. Varied bird
species can be seen here including eagles, ducks, geese,
egrets, vultures, secretary birds, ibis, stork, herons, kites,
pelicans, cranes and guinea fowl. Afternoon Game drive and

cheetah, antelopes and the spotted hyena are other species
commonly seen as well as flamingoes on the crater lakes.

Tracking Mountain Gorillas:
Getting to see gorillas is not easy, nor are you guaranteed to
see them. The trek to where the gorilla groups live takes you
through very dense vegetation, up steep slopes and can last
several hours. Gorillas move around so they aren't all that
easy to track. The gorillas you'll be meeting are habituated
to humans which is why you are able to get quite close to
them.
Some basic rules of tracking gorillas include:
You have to be over 15 years of age
You can not be sick or have any infectious disease
Only one hour is allowed with the gorillas and you have to
keep a distance of at least 5 meters |

Maximum number of visitors per day is 6-12 people per group
No flash photography is allowed
Trekkers must be fit and well equipped, which includes warm
clothing for the wet cool climate high in the mountains.
No eating or drinking in the vicinity of the gorillas
No touching the gorillas (although they may decide to touch

Day 1:Nairobi.
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport. We receive you
and transfer to Panafric Hotel, Assisted to check in.

Day 2.Arusha/Ngorongoro.
Assisted to board 8:00am shuttle bus to Arusha arriving at
approximately 1300hrs. lunch in Arusha town ,at 1400hrs, drive
to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 3 & 4.Ngorongoro
Today you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the
floor of the crater for crater tour. Explore the forest areas
that are inhabited by monkey and elephant, the lake area,
where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where
the lions hunt for food.Picnic lunches will be served in the
crater. Dinner and overnight at
Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 5.Tarangire.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park arriving
in time for lunch and an afternoon of game viewing. Lesser
kudu, eland, lion and gerenuk can be found in this beautiful
park, noted for its multitude of baobab trees and its
tree-climbing lions. Dinner
and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge.

Day 6 & 7.Tarangire.
Full days with early morning and late afternoon game

Day 8.Arusha/Namanga/Amboseli.
Breakfast at the lodge, followed by the drive back to Arusha
with game viewing en route. early Lunch in Arusha town and
drop off at Namanga border. Here, your Kenya Safari
driverguide will meet you,and then it's onward to Amboseli
National Park—justly famous for big game and its superb view
of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you'll check into the Amboseli Serena Lodge in time for dinner and
overnight.

Day 9 & 10:Amboseli National Park.
Early Morning and late afternoon game viewing drives in the
photogenic Park, Amboseli is famous for huge herds of
elephants and hosts a great number of other game including the
lion, the splendid cheetah and a variety of Birdlife. Dinner
and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Day 11:Tsavo West National Park
Morning Breakfast and depart via shaitani lava flows to Tsavo
west arriving for lunch at Kilaguni lodge/similar.Afternoon
game drive extending to mzima springs. Dinner and overnight at
Kilaguni Lodge.

Day 12.Tsavo West National Park.
Full day in Tsavo west with early morning and late afternoon
game drives.Tsavo West's bio-diversity is amazing. The
landscape is a mixture of grassland and forest shrub
vegetation.Thus driving and exploring the vegetation almost
assures you close encounters with the following animals:
lions, leopard, cheetah, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, kongoni,
waterbuck, klipspringer, impala, gazelles, buffalos, and
elephants. The bird life is as varied as the landscape, from
the conspicuous flocks of Golden-breasted Starlings around
most of the park to the dull, skulking Evergreen Forest
Warbler in the Chyulu hills. Tsavo is home to both species of
Kenyan Ostrich with the Common Ostrich present in Tsavo West
and the Somali Ostrich in Tsavo East. Hartlaub's Bustard .All

Day 13.Sweetwaters Game Reserve.
Depart Tsavo west after early morning breakfast and drive to
Nairobi for enroute Lunch.Afternoon proceed as you drive to
the shoulders of Mt. Kenya, drive through rich farmlands of
the kikuyu tribe who grow corn and coffee among other crops
enjoy the scenery as you explore the great rift valley on your
drive to arrive at Sweetwaters Luxury Tented Camp for late
afternoon game drive or early evening you can enjoy one hour
of optional horse rides or camel rides. Dinner and overnight
at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.NB; Optional Camel rides/Horse
rides .

Day 14.Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
Full day to explore the shoulders of Mt. Kenya, enjoy game
drives at Sweetwaters,There are optional horse rides or camel

Day 15.Samburu National Reserve
Depart Sweetwaters after breakfast and you drive to the north
rugged semi desert region arriving in time for lunch at lodge.
Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Day 16 & 17. Samburu
Early morning and late afternoon game viewing drive at Samburu
in search of the rarely found species the rare liver-red
reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, The long necked gerenuk
Antelopes, Beisa Oryx, blue flanked Somali Ostrich, vulturine
guinea fowl and also braving lions on the grass, Leopards in
the trees and plenty of other plains game. In between meals
there is optional visit to the Samburu villages. All meals and
overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Day 18.Lake Nakuru National Park.
Early Morning Breakfast at lodge and depart southwards via
Thomson falls for a brief stop before you proceed arriving
Lake Nakuru in time for lunch ,.Afternoon game viewing at the
Pink lake referred so for it's thousands of pink
flamingos-it's a bird watchers paradise. It is a Rhino
sanctuary and the "big five" except the Elephant can be seen
here, dinner and overnight at Sarova
Lionhill lodge.

Day 19.Lake Nakuru National Park.
Full day in Lake Nakuru .The park's lake is internationally
known for its Lesser and Greater Flamingos. Ornithologists
often describe Lake Nakuru as "the most fabulous bird
spectacle in the world". The Lesser flamingo can be
distinguished by its deep red carmine bill and pink plumage
unlike the greater, which has a bill with a black tip. The
Lesser flamingos are ones that are commonly pictured in
documentaries mainly because they are large in number. There
are estimated to be over a million Lesser flamingos. These
numbers are on a steady increase again.Early morning and late
afternoon game drives.Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lionhill lodge.

Day 20. Maasai Mara .
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for the famous Maasai Mara
crossing the loita plains, see red clad maasai warriors tend
their multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Arrive Mara in
time for lunch at lodge. Afternoon game drive inside Kenya's
most scenic Park where you are almost guaranteed of
confronting all the "Big Five". Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 21,22,23. Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Breakfast at lodge and leave with picnic lunches for a full
day game drive inside the Park. Game viewing is excellent year
round. Game includes: elephant, Black Rhino, buffalo, plains
zebra, roan antelope in small numbers, white-bearded gnu,
Oribi, warthog, Thomson's and Grant's gazelle, hartebeest and
the big cats; the rivers are home to hippo and crocodiles.
Maasai Mara has the largest population of lion.Birdlife is as
profuse as wildlife. This include red winged schalow's turaco,
white-tipped crest, ross turaco, orange buff pel's fishing
owl, wary guinea fowl. The open plains birds include Jackson's
bustard, black-bellied hartlaubs bustard. 53 species of birds
of prey have been recorded. Secretary birds are common.Meals
and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 24.Nairobi.
Morning breakfast at lodge and depart for Nairobi arriving at
around 1400 hours.You may have a complimentary excursion to
giraffe centre/shedrick animal orphanage before a farewell
dinner at carnivore resraurant.At 2100hrs transfer to the
airport for your flight out.
