Leisure Golf CLub hosted the Africa Zone VI Golf Tournament with nine participating countries. Among the officials attending the tournament were committee members from Roya & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland, and the vice president of South Africa Golf Union, who gave the course a top rating with the vice president giving the course a "gold" rating comparative with the courses in South Africa, where the top ten are rated "platinum".

The golf Course if open to the public and green fees are very reasonable and non members may play in most of our tournaments. Club night, held every Wednesday, is a fun afternoon / evening when golfers are also reminded of forthcoming events.
