TERMS & CONDITIONS: BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITION :

RATES.
Rates includes all expenses for best available accommodation in Hotels, Game lodges and camps, vehicle and Services of a professional driver/guide for the intended itinerary, entrance fees for National parks and Game Reserves. All expenses of personal nature such as visas, beverages, airport tax, tips etc are not included. Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a double. Single rooms or rooms with private bath cannot be guaranteed, especially within the parks. Quoted prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates currently applicable and are subject to alterations without notice.
Groups, Students and Families are subject to discounted quotations. Contact Us for special rates.

PAYMENT
Your contract for arrangements for services will become binding on receiving 35% deposit after which we shall issue a confirmation invoice. The balance must be received 15 days before the commencement of the safari. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 15 days before the safari begins.

TRANSPORTATION
Will be provided as per quotation. Transportation will be in 9-seater safari minibuses with pop-up roof and HF radio communications. 4WD vehicles will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to hire the services of sub-contractor. Professional English speaking driver guides are provided. Other language speaking driver/guides are provided on request and subject to availability.

CANCELATIONS
Any monies paid will be refund on early cancellation, less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or lodges. Late cancellation
will be subject to a charge of 25% between 35 and 15 days, 50% between 14 and 5 days, 75% between 4 and 2 days 100% on 48-hr. cancellation of already booked tour.

ALTERATIONS
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of tour if serious need arises, but will inform agent/
client before action. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, in which
case an equitable amount will be refunded.

LIABILITY

The company and its agents act as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel/lodge accommodation, transport,
tours etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country in which the tour takes
place and no other country govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors
for all or part of the services. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of luggage.
You are strongly advised to take adequate insurance cover, as we accept no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. We and our agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to safaris. The appropriate law of the country dictates our liability of passengers.

AIRPORT TAX
There is an airport departure tax determined by the airport authorities.

TIPPING
Tipping is at the discretion of the visitor.
